• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.
• Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.
• Checks cable laying and cable identification.
• Performs all relevant loop checks.
• Updates as built drawings.
• Performs punch-listing operations.
• Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system.
• Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection.
• Performs tests of continuity, insulation resistance.
• Calibrates safety valves.
• Calibrates instruments.
• Checks installation of instruments.
• Performs tests functional instruments.
• Checks pneumatic signal connection.
• Checks fiber optic cable.
• Performs test communication functionalities.
• Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.
• Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
• Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.

• Previous construction experience within the oil and gas industry
• Previous exposure to high voltage electrical installation including switchgear and electric drives
• Instrument calibrations including ultrasonic flow meter, level transmitters, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters etc.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a comparable role
• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and regulations/legislation relating to electrical and instrumentation work

3. Document Controller

• Makes a reports addressing document control issue
• Responsible for issuing official document
• Takes action to respond to the requirement from client, PMT or Subcontractor on document control issue
• Communicates with internal and external customers/field/supplier contacts regarding routine administrative issues
• Performs as project system administrator for the document management system
• Support document control at site in Engineering & Construction work, with a little of discretion is permitted
• Document processing, classification and records keeping when there is revising
• Issues official document in compliance with given procedure
• Filing and archival of all project documents
• Document collection and summarizing adding to basic document processing
• Understanding the work process of project and related function is required
• Deals with issue on document control and finds a solution for them
• Compile reports as required by the project teams
• Liaise with and support the project teams on all aspects of document control
• Manage and record the throughput of all project documentation from internal departments, clients and suppliers

• At least 5+  years’ experience in Document Control.
• Project based experience gained within the Construction industry
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access
• Competent with document control
• Competent in communicating in English language.

• Work with Project Leadership and line management to develop risk strategies and tactics to identify, assess and mitigate HSE risks;
• Coach and challenge line management in support of delivery of project HSE and safety goals and targets;
• Manage the reporting of all HSE incidents, track project HSE performance and make recommendations to improve performance whenever necessary;
• Engage contractors and effectively communicate HSE expectations and provide input into the contractor safety leadership forum;
• Verify that the fabrication & construction Contractors are executing work in conformance to Requirements;
• Maintain incident response capability for incident investigation and incident reporting and verify quality of incident investigations resulting in corrective actions;
• Develop a budget for the HSE team and ensure that HSE team activities are conducted within the constraints of the budget;
• Promote organisational learning and continuous improvement.

• Over 15 years experience in HSE with major projects.
• Proven team leader of large distributed organizations.
• Proven track record of strong safety leadership(culture and systems)
• Strong interpersonal, communication(oral and written) , engagement, team working and influence skills
• Proven ability to develop cleae plans when dealing with complex and uncertain situations.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and how to incorporate into an overall safety management system.
• Self motivated, with capability  to work with minimum supervision and accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability; proactive; able to work well under sustained pressure and have the ability and desire to take the lead on project HSSE issues.
