Job description:
• Installation and maintenance of banking equipment (ATM, POS, Exchange machine);
• Solving of banking equipment hardware and software problems;
• Analyze occurred remote service equipment issues, identify opportunities for improvement;
• Participation in business continuity management in terms of remote services equipment (in cooperation with Information Security);
• Monitoring of ATMs, POS terminals and exchange machines and ensuring appropriate technical support;
• Inventory management of banking equipment;
• Training of CIT guards;
• Managing software for online POS terminals firmware upgrade and configuration pushing.
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
• University degree (bachelor);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant position;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Intermediate knowledge of Russian and English languages.
