Position: Brand manager assistant (female)
Brief job description:
BM assistant performs as an intermediary between manufacturer and the customer by representing the company whose major functions are procurement, contract management, preparation of reports and other documentation.
Responsibilities:
– Making contacts with manufacturers and acquiring price lists, technical specifications, etc.
– Preparing excel files with different offers
– Preparing contracts and other formal documents with both manufacturers and customers
– Daily, monthly reports preparation
– Representing the company in tenders and preparing tender files
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree required
– Advanced English, Russian as well as Azerbaijan languages
Professional Skills and Experience:
– Experience not less than1 year
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of 1C is an advantage
– Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines
– Concrete, punctual, executive
Working schedule:
– Monday: Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 17:30 p.m.
– Saturday: 10.00 a.m. – 16.00 p.m.
Salary : 500 AZN
