Carlsberg Azerbaijan LLC is searching for an experienced candidate to take on the role of the Brand Specialist based in Baku, Azerbaijan.
The Company:
Carlsberg Azerbaijan is the largest beer producer in Azerbaijan with a market share about 70%. Our portfolio of brands includes the following popular beer names such as Khirdalan, Tuborg, 33 export, Kuler, Afsana, Jigulyovskoe, Baltika, Guiness. We are constantly enhancing the number of brands each year.
Main responsibilities:
• Marketing research:
1. Study of beer market trends in Azerbaijan and other categories of beverages
2. Qualitative tracking of researches
3. Analysis of demand and preferences of products among beer consumers
4. Participation in correspondence with the agency providing research services
5. Understanding of the main tasks of the conducted research with the subsequent control of the agency
6. Visit to field works, presence at the interview
7. Selective data verification
• Working with assortment:
1. Pricing Strategy
2. Managing and analyzing the effectiveness / profitability of brands
• Calculation of financial efficiency / feasibility of projects (ROIC)
• Preparation and presentation of results within the framework of CPM (Cycle Planning Meeting) meetings and other meetings
• Conducting the workflow
• Field visits (audit of outlets) to understand the situation on the market, as well as business in general
Requirements:
• Higher education – marketing / economic / financial
• At least 1 year of experience in the marketing department (preferably in a large FMCG company)
• Azerbaijani – Fluent
• Russian – Fluent
• English – Intermediate
• Ability to work with databases, with a large number of figures and information
• Effective planning and reporting skills / project management
• High organizational and communication skills.
• A confident user of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
• High activity and efficiency
• Analytical mind
• Accuracy in the conduct of data
• Readiness for multitasking
• Readiness for a non-standard operating schedule
