Job Role Responsibilities:
Create a fun, lively and happy environment in the kids club
Be responsible for all the payments (cash/card)
Be responsible for the kids club if Supervisor is absent
Work with other employees to plan and coordinate work

Give a tour to customers and provide information if requested
Liaise with Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club
Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly
Ensure all club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times
Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices
Offer graceful, personalized and caring service towards all customers
Ensure that all children remain in the club until they are picked up by their parent/guardian
Bring any issues to the immediate attention of Supervisor
Position Qualification Knowledge
• High school completion
• Minimum of 1 year of receptionist experience

Lead entertaining activities;
Setting, organizing and clearing rooms
Motivate children with enthusiastic and imaginative activities;
Work with other employees to plan and coordinate work
Organize and take part in club events and activities
Work with flexibility;
Give a tour to customers and provide information if requested
Supervise children in between activities inside the kids club
Keep the toys and kids club tidy and arrange equipment and materials when required
Liaise with Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club
Inform Supervisor for any need of additional toys or replacement of toys
Ensure all club’s rules and regulations are enforced at all times
Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices

4. Kids Club Administrator
Reports to: Manager
Summary and Purpose of Role:
The Kids Club Administrator manages day-to-day organization, operation, promotion, administration and supervision of all things Kids in the club.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Deal with all administrative issues
Be responsible for day to day operations and issues
Ensure all money taken is safely kept/deposited and all relevant paperwork is passed onto the accounts department
Ensure the social media information and images are current and all comments and questions are responded to promptly
Provide reports as requested
Foster good working relations with colleagues
Organize all admin and paperwork required to operate effectively
Ensure all stationary and paperwork required up to date and available
Ensure that office supplies and teaching materials are kept well stocked to operate effectively
Have a good knowledge service, activities, pricing and rules of the kids clubs
Provide excellent customer service
Orient and train new staff on developmentally appropriate practices and daily operational procedures
Plan family events to build community for Kids Club

LOST PREVENTION SPECIALIST
Reports to: Lost Prevention Manager
Summary and Purpose of Role: The Lost Prevention Specialist oversees the lost control operations and lost prevention planning process for assigned accounts.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Analysis of inventories conducted in stores – investigation of loses and surplus of goods
Check the stores based on the Lost Prevention check List (anti-theft systems, security, CCTV, etc.)
Check of goods in stores on the date of expiry (randomly)
Recalculation of cash registers and Back Offices in shops
Analysis of daily cash transactions based on daily reports sent by Store Back Office
Check receiving procedure in stores
Check wastage procedure in stores
Providing weekly mini inventories in stores (based on top most stolen goods)
Analysis of the results of mini-inventories and take actions to prevent further loses
Researches, analyzes and prepares various reports, analysis and studies as directed by Lost Prevention Manager.
Supervising of subordinated staff
Responsible for all LP related SOPs to be followed and to be complied
Position Qualification Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience in safety and lost control required.
Must have valid driver’s license and dependable automobile transportation available
Required to survey client properties; entails negotiating non-public access areas, climbing, lifting, sitting, standing and walking.
