1. Retail Expansion Clerk

Summary and Purpose of Role:

The Clerk is mainly responsible for analyzing feasibilities of potential sites, searching new locations for potential markets, preparing presentation for new store locations, assisting in analyzing market prices.

Areas of Responsibility Include:

Supervision: 

 Senior Property Specialist

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Assisting in analyzing feasibilities of potential sites
 Searching for new possible locations of potential markets.
 Update job and market knowledge
 Other duties as assigned

Position Qualification

Knowledge

 Bachelor degree or equivalent
 Good verbal and written English
 A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.
 Result and Management oriented.

2. Junior Layout Designer
 
Job Title: Junior Layout Designer

Summary and Purpose of Role:

The incumbent preforms diversified duties involving technical illustrations, graphic design and copywriting.

 Areas of Responsibility Include:

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Coordinating and developing store layouts with Bravo standards
 Preparation of draft sketch based on the initial analysis of potential sites
 Assist in Shop fittings purchase
 Coordinate of delivery shop fittings 
 Comply with the Company policies and procedures.
 Contribute to the delivery of continuous improvement.
 Fulfilling other requests from the manager

Position Qualification

Knowledge

 Business – Computer-Digital, Marketing Technologies – Associates Degree (allow equivalent)
 Associates Degree in Design and Drafting or equivalent experience determined by hiring supervisor/manager
 Good written and verbal communication skills
 Solving technical problems.
 Multi-tasking and dealing with priority scheduling conflicts.
 Supporting and assisting Graphic Designers
 Willing to learn and apply the latest technology to improve current products.
 Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
 Communicate and report clearly and effectively at all levels

3. Retail Expansion Team Leader

Summary and Purpose of Role:

 Achieving numbers of store openings in the markets identified as per the business plan 
 Conduct financial analysis and technical feasibility of the site 
 Coordinate with the team for analyzing and calculating profitability sheet and ROCI aspect for decision making process 
 Streamline and formulate robust legal agreement for new stores with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate organizational risk exposure 
 Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective landlords 
 Having effective network with real estate agents, consultants etc. – formulated strategic plans to expand network across the assigned territory in line with company strategy.

Areas of Responsibility Include:

Job Role Responsibilities: 

 Assist with due diligence on real estate sourcing to ensure building condition, dimensions, engineering, layouts and utilities are suitable to get the retail location up and running! 
 Research neighborhoods and other retailers in the areas to effectively create pitch to the leasing agents and landlords on why Bravo Supermarkets is the right brand for their location.  
 Manage the real estate expansion team to achieve set goals
 Negotiate all contracts, finding the best solutions and costs possible     
 Collaborating closely with retail team, landlords, and other involved parties from design development through delivery to retail team.   
 Develop and model out project level budgets and timelines for approvals,

Position Qualification

Knowledge

 2+ years of retail expansion project management   
 Extremely detailed and organized to manage multiple projects in an entrepreneurial environment 
 Strong spreadsheet and budgeting/ROCI skills
 Has an eye for design with the ability to make decisions on the fly while on-site 
 Ability to create and document processes from scratch setting the grounds for future projects  
 Experience with agents/brokers and the ability to manage parties both internally and externally  
 Has a strong understanding for architectural drawings and construction site management 
 Willing to travel to the regions
 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
