Position Budgeting and Reporting Assistant

Reports to & Reviewed by: Senior Budgeting & Reporting Specialist
Job Role Responsibilities:
• Check the accuracy of financial statements provided by subordinate entities,
• Assist to prepare accurate and timely financial management reports; internal monthly financial statements;
• Assist in preparing the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts;
• Assist in preparing periodic reports comparing forecast budgeted costs to actual costs and comparing projected operational activity to actual results.
Position Qualification
Knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting,
• ACCA/CIMA qualification is preferred;
• Work experience: 1-year
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Ability to write concise reports;
• Ability to compile financial data;
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities;
• Fluency in Azeri and English languages;
• Detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Effective interpersonal skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.
