Role: Commercial Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, compile and issue job / project specific information for invoicing
• Coordinate the orderly completion of invoice back up
• Supervise and prepare instructions for invoicing
• Maintaining up to date ”work in progress” for all orders in hand
• Prepare and issue reports to Job Officers – Unbilled Cost, Work in Progress, GP, GM
Requirements for the position:
Essential:
• High School Education
• Excellent Financial/Commercial knowledge
• Advanced Excel user
• Knowledge of the EnerMech business activities and respective product lines
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent English, Azeri and Russian language skills•
Preferred
• MBA
• CIPS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role
• Strong organisation and coordination skills
