Compliance Officer of FATCA — “PASHA Bank” OJSC

“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Compliance Officer of FATCA for for Compliance Department.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for assistance in Bank’s activities for compliance with FATCA and related tax requirements, execution of court instructions & sanctions, preventing tax evasion and ensuring appropriate response to external regulatory requests in time
• FATCA classification & Reporting
• Collection appropriate information for FATCA purpose
• Execution of withholding tax orders related to FATCA classified US and none-us citizens
• Responding to requests of Tax instances related to FATCA classified customers
• Providing appropriate FATCA trainings to the employees of the Bank

AGE:
• 21-35

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimal level of relevant experience: 1-3 years

QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
• Education directions: BA, MSc, MBA, Finance, Accounting

SKILLS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Frequent coordination, communication and/or team problem solving with other structural units for work production or service quality
• Provide other employees with information, data, and general guidelines with respect to job responsibilities and/or accountabilities
