The leading corporate bank of Azerbaijan PASHA Bank is looking for candidates to join our team as Core Banking Applications Support Specialist.
We are looking for highly motivated and prospective individuals to eliminate technical obstacles and to make sure the team is well informed and well equipped for the task.
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and deep support for core Bank systems and third party applications
• Helping first-line support team to further investigate and help internal/external customers by minimizing ETAs
• Supporting testers for creating and managing test servers
• Assisting developers and analysts to speed up the process of development and analysis
• Performing OS related administrative tasks (Linux/Windows administration)
• Improving support specialists’ skills, distributing tasks among support members
Qualifications & skills:
• No less than 2 (five) years experiences as core Banking systems support.
Education:
IT, Technical, Engineering;
• Foreign Language: English (upper-intermediate), Russian (conversational)
Computer Skills: Linux/Windows, Development/Scripting, Flexcube skills are optional but advantageous
