Position: Customer Service Specialist
Main Duties:
– Reading, monitoring and responding to the intercompany and customers emails in English;
– Answering calls and handling queries;
– Liaising with staff, clients, etc.;
– Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters;
– Typing documents;
– Work with the intercompany software.

– Work expirience: from 3 years;
