Job Description:
Translator will be responsible for the following:
Translate various kinds of finance oriented documents prepared by different business functions
Review translated documents
Format the documents (edit, if necessary)
The requirements:
University degree (related education is preferable)
Experience in translation of financial documentation
Strong language skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
Strong proficiency in using office applications: (MS Word,MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook)
Strong proofreading and editing skills
The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
The ability to contribute in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Vacancy 2: Receptionist
The main responsibilities for the position are:
• Properly answer telephone calls
• Work with incoming and outgoing fax
• Deal with courier companies
• Provide assistance with office mailing and courier deliveries
• Co-ordinate office transportation with office driver and taxi company
• Perform other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned by Office Manager or any other Manager
Requirements:
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian. Writing and spoken (upper intermediate level)
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Good communication and presentation skills
• 1-2 years of experience in secretarial field
