Financial Officer
Horeca LLC – leader in the market in supply of cleaning and hygiene products is seeking a Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the founders and director, financial officer will be directing, developing, and controlling all of the functions of the Finance department including accounting, budgeting, financial management, electronic data process/computer operations and other related general financial matters.
Main Duties:
Assist with preparation of the budget
Implement financial policies and procedures
Establish and maintain cash controls
Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger Monitor cash reserves and investments
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Establish and maintain supplier accounts
Processes supplier invoices
Maintain the purchase order system
Ensure data is entered into the system
Issue cheques for all accounts due
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
Prepare income statements
Prepare balance sheets
Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization
Monitor banking activities of the organization
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s is required.
Proficient in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
1C,Excel,Word accounting programmes
Good communication skills, both verbal and writing
Knowledge of Taxation, Financial Law
Good understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques and financial analysis
Knowledge of financial reporting, planning and budgeting
Skills:
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to assume responsibility and accountability for decision making.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams and interact effectively with all levels of personnel and outside contacts.
Working conditions
Working schedule: M-S / 9 00 – 18 00
