1. Sales Manager

Gilan Agricultural Group is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities

• Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
• Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying customer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
• Achieves domestic sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
• Meets domestic sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances initiating corrective actions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Higher education
• At least 5 year experience in sales
• Excellent verbal as well as written communiction skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions.
• Good team and able to coordinate with people effectively
• Effective skill in Sales & Presentation
• Be fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
• Attentive and accurate in execution of the tasks

2. Cropping Manager

Gilan Agricultural Group is looking for an experienced Cropping Manager.

Responsibilities:

Agronomy of Wheat, Barley, Corn, Forage Crops
Monitoring the development, organization and implementation of measures aimed at the improvement of yield, quality, production volumes, improving the organization of production, labor productivity growth, increasing profitability;
Formation of strategic plans of the Cropping;
Implementation of production techniques and identifying promising areas of development;
Integrated management of enterprises: Production, financial planning, quality control;
Creation of project schedule, financial models and business plans;
Search and offer new and modern technologies and efficient methods of cultivation, storage and distribution of crops;
Budgeting, analysis and planning of economic activity, cost optimization;
Preparation of annual, quarterly, monthly budget for all enterprises of the Cropping;
Organization of input quality control and stocktaking of raw materials entering the manufacturing and storage;
Compliance with quality production standards;
Achieving targets and financial performance of the project;
Establishing enterprise management system, the production cycle and product marketing system;
Formation of the organizational structure of the Cropping and companies. Development of human resources policy and strategy, monitoring and maintenance;
Coordination of staff, monitoring of compliance with company regulations.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• A professional in the field of business management for growing cropping;
• Knowledge of analysis and business processes of the company, strategic planning, financial management, marketing, management;
• A good administrator, economist, marketer, who has a business communication skills, strong character;
• Knowledge of the methods of the feasibility and the current production planning;
• Decent knowledge of the technological basis of fruit cultivation, harvesting and storage processes, logistics;
• The ability to accept and take responsibility for the decisions taken;
• Knowledge of the technical requirements for the production, cultivation and storage technology, security requirements;
• Knowledge of production equipment and the rules of its technical operation;
• Knowledge of regulatory documents;
• Business and personal qualities: responsibility, honesty, focus on results, high organizational and communication skills. Pro-active work;
• Confident PC user, knowledge of modern methods of enterprise management (ERP-system);
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of English or Russian would be an advantage;

3. Warehouse Manager

Gilan Agricultural Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the work of  all warehouses within organisation
• Standardise warehouse documentation
• Periodically analyse current stock situation and report to direct supervisor
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in economics, accounting or any related field;
• 3- 5 years experience in warehouse system;
• Knowledge of Russian and English would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills, both  written and speaking;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Advanced computer skills.
