Position 1: Software Developer

Gilan Holding is looking to recruit skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our highly professional team.

Requirement:

• Deep knowledge of PHP OOP, Software Project Management;
• Deep knowledge of Relation Database concepts and SQL language;
• Experience of software development in team and knowledge of SVN;
• Strong analytical and logical skills;

• Strong Team working skills and development of single programming platform for all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Support of IT Software Projects for Business Process Automation;
• Preparation of Technical Specification and Documentation for given Software Projects;
• Preparation and development of Relational Database Structure for Software Projects;
• Study, analyze and understand existing Business Processes and Structures, as well as Business Units Relationship;
• Specify deadlines and milestones for Software Projects;
• Actual implementation of Software projects with specified deadlines and milestones;
• Testing, supporting and studying existing Software Platforms and Projects.


Position 2: Procurement Specialist

Gilan Holding is looking to recruit skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our highly professional team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
• 3 years of working experience in a relevant position;
• Fluency in the English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written);
• Computer literate: Research data, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
• Familiar with Sourcing / Logistics and Vendor Management;
• Knowledge of financial documentation;
• Knowledge of local market players;
• Ability to make ‘cold calls’ for procurement needs;
• Well organized, with a methodical approach;
• Good negotiator;
• Strong time management;
• Ability to use own initiative;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Team player;
• Tenacity and enthusiasm;
• Ability to liaise at all levels;
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Review requisitions orders to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications;
• Sourcing required Materials/Services across local and foreign market, benchmark and make proposals to optimize the expenses;
• Participation in preparation of tender packages – RFP and analyzing tender proposals;
• Negotiation with the suppliers for the achievement of the best total cost of ownership, terms & conditions;
• Making proposal to the direct supervisor regarding selection of sources based upon analysis;
• Preparation and Issuing of purchase orders;
• Participation in contract negotiation along with the Legal and Request Initiation Department;
• Monitor contractors’ performance and provide recommendations on contracts’ improvement if necessary;
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders;
• Preparation of periodically reports about ongoing and completed tasks;
• Participation at meeting with the suppliers and initiating departments;
• Issuing reports on purchasing activities and costs;
• Verification of order delivery and follow ups if any inaccurate delivery.


Position 3: Marketing Assistant

Gilan Holding is looking to recruit skilled and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our highly professional team.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
• Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in FMCG field;
• Fluency in the English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written);
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Punctual, creative, detail-oriented and have the ability to work under pressure;
• The ability to work both independently and with a team;
• Strong time management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in negotiation with agencies and suppliers;
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities;
• Assist on providing marketing researches;
• Develop advertising campaigns, including TV ads, commercials, ads for radio, pay-per-click, banner, and other Internet ads;
• Advertising, public relations, and related services;
• Assist on conducting advertising campaigns, preparation and placement of advertisements on social networks;
• Assist organizing and conducting contests, surveys, shares in groups and communities;
• Assist monitoring the company reviews the answers to users’ questions;
• Available to work on non-working time on organization and support of marketing events;
• Receive and distribute of promo products, compile and distribute financial and statistical   information such as budget spreadsheets;
• Analyze questionnaires;
• Write reports, company brochures and similar documents;
• Organize events, presentations and customer visits;
• Assist in promotional activities;
• Visit customers/external agencies;
• Carry out instructions of the management;
• Help to organize market research;
• Handle promotion products.
