1. LEAD AUDITOR

Responsibilities:

• Both leading audit of small and medium sized business units and being as team member in complex audit engagementsı;
• Identifying and evaluating key risks and establishing audit scope;
• Participating in audit walkthroughs, assessing the internal control environment and performing controls and substantive testing for complex areas;
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes;
• Prepare audit report for review of manager;
• Supervise associates and interns on audit process;
• Performing other tasks assigned by senior/manager.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit;
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, experience from international audit firm is a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of auditing and accounting;
• Fluency in Azeri and English languages;
• Advanced user of MS Office Excel program;
• Ability to work deadline driven environment where with a focus on details and accuracy;
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed, required;
• Sound interpersonal, leadership, project management, oral and written communication skills.

2. AUDITOR

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, maintaining communication and updating senior member on progressı;
• Assist in planning the work of assigned areas of audit;
• Participate in audit walkthroughs, assessing internal control environment and performing control testing;
• Perform substantive audit testing procedure for medium and high level risky areas;
• Document audit finding for communication with senior in charge;
• Assisting senior in charge by supporting the junior staff, interns as needed;
• Perform other tasks assigned by senior team members.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit;
• 2 years of relevant work experience, experience from international audit firm is a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of auditing and accounting;
• Fluency in Azeri and English languages;
• Advanced user of MS Office Excel program;
• Ability to work deadline driven environment where with a focus on details and accuracy;
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed, required;

3. JUNIOR AUDITOR

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, maintaining communication and updating experience team members;
• Obtain understanding of business cycles of business unit being audited, participate in audit walkthroughs;
• Perform substantive audit testing procedure for low and medium level risky areas, documenting adequately the work performed;
• Document audit findings for communication with experienced team members;
• Performing other tasks assigned by senior staff members.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit;
• 1 year of relevant work experience, experience from international audit firm is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of auditing and accounting;
• Fluency in Azeri and English languages;
• Advanced user of MS Office Excel program;
• Ability to work deadline driven environment where with a focus on details and accuracy;
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed, required;
