“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Head of MIS and Internal Reporting Division.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of the MIS policy and procedures, coordinating with the Bank’s management the parameters of management reporting (format, indicators, frequency, etc.)
Organization of bank-wide MIS function, ensuring availability of the necessary resources, communication channels and defined system of MIS, organization of reception and processing of data from the Bank’s organizational units
Monitoring and control expenditure and controlling against budget ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with procedures and within budgets
Analysis of financial results and deviations from targets, investigation and preparation of analytical reports on the causes of deviations and proposals to address them
Organization of timely provision of MIS results to relevant stakeholders, organization of regular (monthly/3 months) reporting to the Bank’s management
Organizing preparation of ad hoc report on request of management providing required level of detailing
Control over accuracy of the forms filling
Participation in financial planning in the performance indicators part
Minimal level of relevant experience: 3-7 years
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree
• International education
• Certificates: ACCA
SKILLS
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Team player, excellent communication skills, good time management
• Organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with attention to processes
• Frequent coordination, communication and/or team problem solving with other structural units for work production or service quality.
