Position: Head of Product Management Department
Main responsibilities
• Develop TV, Broadband products roadmap with Business Development/PayTV and alignment with MNO
• Alignment of product requirements for common new fixed products/platforms for MNOs
• Coordinate/support common product launches according to GTTM (Go-to-Market-Process)
• Develop and manage business cases and implementation plans for common fixed product initiatives
• Develop necessary fixed processes, align/coordinate support functions for fixed business
• Develop and coordinate reporting, analytics for fixed business in the group
• Develop group commercial strategy for fixed/multiplay and support MNOs to develop fixed and multiplay portfolio
• Develop service contracts/SLA for fixed services between MNOs and legal entities
• Coordinate common mobile projects, products initatives for both MNOs
• Plan and monitor fixed broadband/TV infrastructure roll out and utilisiation
• Develop mobile network roll-out commercial strategy and requirements for annual investment plans/budgets
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this position
Education
• High education (marketing/business administration preferable)
• MBA degree is a plus
Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Development/Management
Computer skills
• MS Office skills (Excel, word, outlook)
Languages
• Azeri – Fluent
• Russian – Intermediate
• English – Fluent
