REQUIREMENTS

Functional

•       Fluent in Azeri, knowledge of English and Russian languages is a plus

JOB DUTIES

• Manages the sales efforts in order to achieve the business objectives (i.e. budget, revenue, account receivables);
• Collaborate with customers to determine the unmet needs. Monitors, evaluates and manages customer portfolio. Promotes positive relationship with customers;
• Searches for new business opportunities. Expands customer portfolio with new prospects;
• Provide advanced application advice. Collaborates with customers to design their best solution;
• Forecasts sales volume; monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of sales methods and results.

Vacancy 3: Road Infrastructure Expert

Department:     Sales (Ready Mix and Industrial)

JOB DUTIES

• Collaborates with customers to understand and document the business objectives and the clients requirements;
• Seeks out solutions that can be leveraged to meet customer requirements;
• Creates and maintains a cohesive, coordinated plan to deliver solutions that meet the customer priorities within budgetary and product requirements;
• Provides technical support and consultancy to customers in Road Engineering;
• Tests soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete and asphalt;
• Promotes road products and solutions in different events and exhibitions;
• Attends in the design and improvement of the road products.

REQUIREMENTS

Functional
• Licensed in Road Engineering and Technology
• Experience in the areas of pre-sales support, applications development, as well as customer product training.
• Knowledge of cement and concrete Standards and Norms
• Site oriented, with extensive site co-ordination expertise who can develop relationships with clients and contractors alike.
• Knowledge of the latest road technology techniques and solutions
• MS Office tools, Familiar with AUTOCAD and/or similar software
•  Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
