HR GENERALIST
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA or Human Resources;
• Minimum 5 years proven work experience in FMCG / Sales and Distribution; 3 years in a managerial role;
• Strong ability in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Azerbaijani;
• Knowledge of Labor Code of Azerbaijan Republic and other legislations related to all HR issues;
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills;
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Leads human resources practices and objectives and provides an employee-oriented culture that typically emphasizes upon empowerment, quality, productivity and certain set standards;
• Responds to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provides assistance in the Business Unit;
• Maintains records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensures all employment requirements are met;
• Liaises with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
• Manages the human resources planning process to determine the Company’s long-term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs with department managers and prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs.
• Performs orientations, on-boarding and update records with new hires;
• Assists supervisors in performance management procedures;
• Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
• Produces and submits reports on general HR activity to line manager and Group HR Manager;
• Creates and manages employment training and organizational development programs;
• Plans, organizes, provides leadership and controls all administrative functions;
• Supports other functions as assigned.
