A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for HR Manager for Baku Boulevard Hotel.
HR Manager of Baku Boulevard Hotel will be responsible to provide support to Head of Departments to deliver their business objectives and support the hotel in complying policies, procedures and employment legislation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness.
 Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
 Performance management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
 Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
 Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits.
 Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes.
 Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with Azerbaijani labour law & current employment. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
 Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues.
 Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge.
 Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.

REQUIREMENTS:

 A degree or qualification in Human Resources Management or in a similar discipline.
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources sphere wherein a minimum of two years is in managing a team and working within the hospitality industry.
 Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts.
 Proficient Azerbaijani, Russian languages, fluent English.
 Must be able to maintain good relationships with all departments in hotel and Corporate office to promote effective internal control.
 Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures.
 Good knowledge in MS Office, 1C program and E-gov system.
