The hotel is affiliated with the Autograph Collection, Marriott’s brand featuring an exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Boulevard Hotel offers 818 comfortable rooms and it will be the largest conference hotel in Azerbaijan. It provides perfect accessibility to all major business and cultural sites of the city as well as the finest facilities that are designed to suit a wide variety of occasions and functions.

Baku Boulevard Hotel is managed by Absheron Hotel Group and is a part of Autograph Collection, Marriott’s brand featuring exclusive portfolio of upscale independent hotels and resorts. Absheron Hotel Group also manages Pik Palace and Park Chalet Hotels in Shahdag Mountain Resort, and Intourist Hotel Baku opening in 2015.

An HR Manager with Baku Boulevard Hotel is responsible for providing support to Head of Departments to deliver their business objectives and support the hotels in complying policies, procedures and employment legislation.This is a great opportunity for an HR Manager to join a fantastic team in a company that is leader in the hospitality industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness
• Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
• Performance management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
• Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
• Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
• Policy and procedures implementation of new HR  policies, procedures and processes
• In conjunction with the Head of HR, ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment & Azeribaijani labor law. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
• Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issues
• Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate official orders.
• Crafting of business and people solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree or qualification in Human Resources Management or in a similar discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources sphere wherein a minimum of two years is in managing a team and working within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, methodical materials management personnel document on accounting and personnel movement according to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We seek for fast-learner, responsible, accurate, self-organized and disciplined, open-minded, energetic, pushing results, flexible person with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient Azerbaijani, Russian languages, fluent English.

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all responsibilities and tasks.
• Must be able to maintain good relationships with all departments in hotel and Home Office to promote effective internal control.
• Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, 1C program and E-gov system.
