HR Manager
Analyze, plan provided HR service to meet the needs of company’s business.
Manage/direct day to day work flow and processes of the HR unit team members including development of staff competencies and customer service skills.
Working with various departments in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations.
Ensure the management of training/development plans and programs are in accordance with the company policies and guidelines;
Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and training arrangement.
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Maintain discipline and create motivation for all employees.
Supervise HR team, solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop effective communication between Company & employees
Provide consultation to employees on labor relations issues, the performance assessment process, leaves of absences and other compensation issues.
Managing employee Bonus Programs, Accommodation Issues, Suit Allowances and Pension issues.
Ensuring that all HR systems comply with audit requirements.
Promoting a culture of internal development within the company.
Developing HR policies and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
Managing pay-roll operations.
Advising on staff promotions.
Processing immigration paperwork for work permits.
Providing specialist information and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and practice and employment law.
Work Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR of Oil and Gas Offshore Engineering/ Construction industry;
Experience in international company
Required Skills:
Continuous performance results for the previous 5 years;
Strong Knowledge of local labor legislation, normative acts and State Migration Laws
Completed University Degree in business, human resources, or related field; HR certification desirable;
Excellent Communication and negotiation, diplomatic skills, good presentation abilities.
Proficiency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of MS office
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
Ability to react quickly to deadlines
Knowledge of HR resources policy and strategy of the company
