Job Title: Human Resources Administrator (Fixed term 3 month contract)

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for undertaking administrative tasks for the Human Resources Department. They will be dealing with confidential information and must take all responsible care to ensure that this information is treated in a professional manner.

Primary responsibilities of the role are (but not limited to):

• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures, and client specific requirements, where appropriate.
• Create, write, and develop the procedures, work instructions, guidances, etc. as required.
• Proceed with issue of contractual paperworks and updates of labour books in accordance with local legislative requirements.
• Proceed with updates of electronic governmental systems as and when required.
• Manage the production of employment agreements.
• Oversee holiday management process.
• Manage employee benefits, compensation, etc.
• Issue applicable orders of employee movements, incl. holidays, promotions, remuneration changes, etc.
• Check POB reports on a daily basis, verifying them against crew changes details and Master Rota.
• Update of Master Rotas and personnel movements.
• Assist with mobilization of offshore personnel, vendors and subcontractors.
• Arrange replacements of personnel who are absent from work.
• Maintain an effective updated filling system.
• Manage an employment termination of personnel, i.e. prepare orders, fill in labour books, conduct exit interview and complete employment termination form.
• Maintain and update all personnel records in relevant electronic systems within strict timeframes.
• Undertake specific tasks as and when directed by the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator.

Key personal attributes required:

• Proven experience as HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijan employment law.
• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English.
• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written Azerbaijani language.
• Use of MS Office applications at a high level.
• Ability to write and develop procedures.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work alone on a broad variety of projects and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
