Pasha Bank is looking for candidates to join our team as Internal Control Specialist in Legal & Compliance department.
Responsible for legal support of the Bank’s structural units activity.
Scope of position
• Obtaining and storage of notarized/apostilled copies of the Bank’s statutory documents (incl. Charter, its amendments, extracts from the state registrar), ensuring their constant update and registry
• Collection of documents for obtaining work permits and registration certificates for the Bank’s expatriate staff, coordination of work with the State Migration Service
• Cooperation with the legal and governance functions of the Bank’s subsidiaries on obtaining/submission of all the required statutory documents and their certification
• Assistance in collection of the required documentation for the registration, licensing and activity of the Bank’s subsidiaries, representative offices, branches and divisions within Azerbaijan and abroad
• Control of statutory documents storage
• Effective handling of legal issues occurring during Bank’s core business activities
• Amendment, update of standard bank agreements
• Coordinating affairs with the notary offices
Required qualifications & skills:
• Work experience in relevant field at least 1-2 years
• Strong self-discipline and deadline culture
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
