We are recruiting the IT Manager, who should be responsible for the smooth running of all hotel operations in IT field. In detail this means:
Main responsibilities:
• To carry out the operation of all data systems and communication systems in the hotel.
• Manage and coordinate the installation and implementation of new business systems with outside software and hardware vendors.
• Maintain contact with all system vendors to be aware of new systems on the market and general market trends.
• Schedule and perform regular data and systems back-up as per hotel policy.
• Adhere to corporate standards of data processing.
• Keep current all systems documentation, training manuals, and operational procedures
Requirements:
• Fluency in English, Azerbaijani, Russian both written and oral.
• Minimum of 3 year previous managerial experience in a 4 or 5 star property in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera PMS is essential.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative.
• Business oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
