• Review budget submissions from assets identifying areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities and alignment with strategic goals;
• Lead the coordination and consolidation of assets’ budgeting process;
• Collate, investigate and interpret assets’ budget performance against target to prepare recommendations, forecasting reports and trend analysis;
• Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into potential financial risks and opportunities;
• Provide analysis on short, medium and long-term CAPEX and OPEX spending plans of assets;
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and lead special projects to support strategic initiatives or address specific business challenges;
• Collaborate and maintain effective partnerships with other relevant teams in preparation of business activity reports and forecasts;
• Develop budget preparation and amendment guidelines aligned with corporate requirements and objectives;
• Develop and maintain relevant documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures;
• Prepare special reports and complete specific tasks allocated by management;
• Meet the deadlines within defined responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA) is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or budget management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting tools, and relevant software applications
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
