- Participate in the preparation of the company’s Strategic Development Plan, as well as the financial strategy and the foundation of its financial stability;
- Organize and supervise the activities related to the accounting and reporting of the company’s financial and economic operations;
- Ensure the accurate reflection of all financial and economic operations carried out by the company in the accounting records, and the timely preparation and submission of accounting-financial reports;
- Organize and supervise the accounting of incoming and outgoing funds, their movement in accounting records, production turnover and expenses, the preparation of cost estimates, product sales, the execution of works and services, and financial, reporting, and credit operations;
- Ensure the economically justified preparation of cost reports for products, works, and services, payroll accounts, mandatory payments to the state budget, contributions to the state social insurance fund, and other allocations;
- Supervise the preparation of initial accounting documents, settlements, and payment obligations, the expenditure of the payroll fund, the inventory of commodity and material valuables, and fixed assets;
- Ensure strict adherence to financial discipline, and the accurate reflection of administrative, economic, and other expenses, receivables, shortages, and other accounts in the accounting records;
Xüsusi tələblər
- Higher education in Economics;
- Proficiency in written and spoken Azerbaijani;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant;
- Mandatory experience in production;
- Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage;
- Having PMS, ACCA, or other international certifications is an advantage.
