- Develop and implement commercial strategy
- Manage the Rail Freight transportation business and broaden network of customers and relationships
- Develop required eco system aimed at increased transit volumes crossing the territory of Azerbaijan, including activities within the country (activities aimed at the development of logistic service provider market) and in the region (neighborhood countries).
- Maximize revenue within existing contracts and cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Acquire new clients and craft propositions, contributing to strategic alignment.
- Expand reliable and competitive freight carrier services meeting the customer requirements as well as monitor and track service performance (service failures, issues, disputes and claims)
- Analyze volumes and deliver insightful commercial reporting and solutions.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor degree in business administration, logistics or a related field
- Minimum 10 years commercial management and logistics experience in a Freight transportation, with a minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity
- Possess deep and comprehensive understanding of freight transportation and different modes of international shipping and logistics
- Result oriented with strong ability to prioritize tasks in order to achieve assigned target
- Proven ability to hands-on with cross-functional and multicultural stakeholders in different time zone
- Good leadership and influencing skills with a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Existing business pipelines and connections will be a plus
