- Quote new business
- Run daily reports from each carrier for cancellations, renewals, and expiration dates
- Ensure new business signatures are completed within 24 hours of the binder
- Issue certificates of insurance, billing issues, evidence of insurance, and more as needed
- Process endorsements (adding/removing vehicles, drivers, etc.)
- Respond to emails and voicemails within 24 hours
- Provide individual and commercial quoting with specific turnaround times
- Manage AMS Client Center for current clients
- Set reminders and campaigns for clients (birthdays, renewals, referrals)
- Follow up to ensure tasks are 100% completed
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Russian (required)
- Active listening and quick learning skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
