Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technologies or equivalent experience;
• More than 1-year experience in data analytics and visualization;
• Solid knowledge of programming languages like SQL, R, MATLAB, and/or Python;
• Knowledge of relational database management systems (NoSQL systems knowledge is a plus);
• Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and/or Qlik Sense;
• Strong communication, team-working, and time management skills;
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing reports/dashboards stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data (daily/weekly/monthly basis);
• Supporting complex data findings in database systems;
• Recognizing daily challenges that the company faces, which can be performed with the use of data;
• Making recommendations based on data analytics to align the product and service portfolio of the company to reach a successful and customer-focused offering set;
• Improving current procedures and techniques and providing feedback on the use of helpful adjustments;
• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data;
• Creating clear visualizations that explain complex data in an easy-to-understand way;
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
