- Define and execute strategic priorities across sales, finance, and administrative functions in line with business objectives.
- Analyze market, customer, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Establish and oversee control mechanisms for revenue–cost structure, profitability, and cash flow management.
- Lead performance review cycles and ensure analytical reporting to executive management.
- Drive cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Align sales strategy with objectives and monitor key performance indicators.
- Represent executive management and support relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Contribute to cost framework development and budget discipline across departments.
- Lead implementation and continuous improvement of internal policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinate non-production functions under a unified management framework.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to non-production processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal control, audit, and risk management functions
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance,or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- 5–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in senior or executive roles.
- Proven cross-functional leadership in sales, finance, administration, or general management.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with deep understanding of P&L, budgeting, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Fluency in English; Azerbaijani and/or Russian is an advantage
