Digital Loan Product Owner

JOB OVERVIEW

Digital Loan Product Owner is responsible for digital loan products strategy planning and execution, defining and managing the scope of the product roadmap and leading cross – functional Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the strategic development and execution of the product roadmap.
• Keep the backlog prioritized, facilitate solutions and initiatives in order to drive value proposition.
• Conducting client and market research to identify opportunities, improve product value proposition and business performance.
• Serves as an expert providing a foundation of knowledge in sales, product development, business financing and creditworthiness assessment.
• End-to-End ownership for the product, its PL, product related processes, product ongoing refinement and development towards better performance.
• Works with risk management to ensure risk/rewards strategy.
• Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure successful agile ceremonies: sprint-planning, demos, retrospectives, etc.
• Ensures continuous growth of self and cross – functional team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET:

• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data – driven approach to decision making.
• Out of box thinking / creativity.
• Business financing, credit analysis (underwriting).
• Sales, product development.
• Entrepreneurship mindset, with a focus on delivering customer and business values.
• Azerbaijan – fluent; English – upper – intermediate
