• Lead and manage the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, planning, analysis, and accounting.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and growth objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial targets and business objectives are met.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Present financial performance and forecasts to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• ACCA, CFA and other professional qualifications are preferred.
• Proven experience in financial operations management in industrial/manufacturing companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, healthcare industry standards, and best practices.
• High proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani and English.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
