Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Finance Manager to oversee the financial management of our company. In this role, you will have responsibilities ranging from developing financial strategies, conducting cost analyses, managing accounting tasks, to leading a team.

Responsibilities:

• Developing financial strategies and implementing them in line with the company’s financial goals
• Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial statements
• Managing budget creation, monitoring, and revising processes as needed
• Identifying financial risks and developing appropriate risk mitigation strategies
• Continuously monitoring and reporting financial performance
• Leading financial teams, evaluating their performance, and fostering their development
• Managing internal and external audit processes and ensuring compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the finance sector
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Certification in at least one of the following: DipIFR, IFRS, ACCA
• PMS (“MHBS”) certification is required
• Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and 1C (8.3) (Advanced proficiency in Excel)
• Strong financial analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Strategic thinking ability and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and result-oriented work ethic
