Role Synopsis:
Financial Advisor oversees the financial operations of an organization. This role involves strategic financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and ensuring the integrity of financial information
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization’s long-term growth and operational goals.
- Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the organization’s financial stability and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform decision-making and drive profitability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and changes in regulations to provide up-to-date advice.
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and contribute to the growth of the financial advisory practice.
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and follow-ups.
Essential experience and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Excellent ability to solve problems along with solid analytical skills,
- understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
- Experience in managing teams and developing talent within the finance function.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas
