PASHA Bank is seeking First Line Support Specialist ( End of Day).

Main Accountability:

• Maintenance and deep support for core(banking) systems and third party applications
• Helping end-users to investigate and troubleshoot requests by minimizing ETAs
• Supporting testers for creating and managing test servers
• Assisting developers to speed up the process of development and analysis

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• Education: Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant field.
• Work experience: Minimum 3 year
• Foreign Language: English (upper-intermediate), Russian (conversational)
• Computer Skills: Linux/Windows, SQL, PL/SQL Scripting
• Product Knowledge: Banking System
• Market Knowledge: N/A
• Other: N/A

• Test serverlərinin yaradılması və idarə olunması üçün testerlərə köməklik etmək.
• İnkişaf və analiz prosesini tezləşdirmək üçün proqramçılara köməklik etmək

Tələb edilən bilik, bacarıq və təcrübə:

• Təhsil: İnformasiya texnologiyaları və ya digər müvafiq sahə üzrə Bakalavr təhsili;
• İş təcrübəsi: Müvafiq sahə üzrə minimum 3 il iş təcrübəsi;
• Komputer biliyi: Linux/Windows, SQL, PL/SQL Scripting;
• Xarici dil: İngilis dili (yaxşı), Rus dili (orta);
• Bazar biliyi: Bankçılıq (arzuolunandır);
• Məhsulların biliyi: Bankçılıq;
