First Line Support Specialist
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing first line support to internal PASHA Banks business applications.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintenance and deep support for core(banking) systems and third party applications
• Helping end-users to investigate and troubleshoot requests by minimizing ETAs
• Supporting testers for creating and managing test servers
• Assisting developers to speed up the process of development and analysis
SKILLS:
• Education: Bachelor degree in IT or other relevant field.
• Work experience: Minimum 3 year
• Foreign Language: English (upper-intermediate), Russian (conversational)
• Computer Skills: Linux/Windows, SQL, PL/SQL Scripting
• Product Knowledge: Banking System
