A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Group Purchasing Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Develops a Purchasing strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and overall strategy.
 Manages and leads Purchasing including sourcing, negotiating and creating contracts and agreements for equipment, services, supplies, and raw materials.
 Manages relationships and contracts with key suppliers. 
 Leads negotiations for new and renewing contracts.
 Provides support to Finance for raw material forecasting and inventory planning.
 Understands and manages the entire supply chain process and proactively improve internal processes and controls.
 Assures the Company’s compliance with customer requirements and supplier contract terms and conditions.
 Ensures adherence to and compliance with ERP system.
 Participates in and supports sales/revenue forecasts, as affected by Purchasing strategies.
 Manages and coordinates Group and Managed Hotels Purchasing Department employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal.
 Should have minimum 3 years of experience as Purchasing Manager/Director at Hotel Industry.
 Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or similar certification.
