- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and external IT resources effectively.

- Strong knowledge of strategic IT infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of international standards in information security.
- Ability to manage IT infrastructure interactions with external resources.
- High-level knowledge of the latest technology concepts and applications.
- Experience in leading and managing IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization environments (Vmware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) and technologies (Private Cloud, Cloud).
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, File Server, Exchange Server, and corporate antivirus systems.
- Experience with enterprise network devices and solutions (802.1x, ISE, VPN, NGFW, VoIP).
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix, FreeBSD, macOS).
