Key Functions:

• Implementing all recruiting stages (posting job advertising, screening CVs, interviewing candidates and etc.)
• Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures;
• Networks with local organizations (e.g., Hotel Association and peers) to source candidates for current or future openings;
• Oversees/monitors candidate identification and selection process;
•  Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding recruitment;
• Supports a departmental with the hiring and onboarding process;
• Generate and update all recruitment reports;
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of HR experience in the hospitality industry;
• Higher economic, legal, or HR education
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage;
• Competency with PC and Microsoft Office, work in social networks;
• The ability to multitask and responsibility to work with deadlines;
• Good communication and customer service skills.
