The main job responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and report on financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Evaluate Internal Controls: Assess the effectiveness of internal financial procedures, risk management.
• Identify key risk areas, evaluate potential impacts, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development of audit procedures and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit function.
• Work closely with management and staff to facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations and improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification of ACCA (F7 or DipIFR), CFA, CIMA is a big advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English languages. Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•  Understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.

Working conditions:

• Employment agreement in accordance with the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Job Location: Heydar Aliyev International Airport
• Work schedule: Full time, 5 days per week, 2 Days off
• Availability of service transportation from the metro station.
