IT Digital team unit lead/ Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely with business unit counterparts in setting bank’s digital channel strategy, develops comprehensive product vision, and translates that into specific feature strategies and roadmaps with focus on technical side.
• Responsible for setting the architecture and technical implementation of the related set of customer journeys or digital banking products/features as measured by relevant KPIs
• Responsible for communicating the product vision and translating business requirements effectively to external implementation partners (UI/UX vendors, mobile banking developers, web platform vendors etc.) and internal team members to ensure resource alignment in support of product vision and roadmaps. Removes roadblocks to execution.
• Ensures customer-driven design considering user pain points and usability test results, while using market and industry knowledge to deliver a well-positioned product.
• Works closely with business units in communication with customer focus groups and assessing customer feedbacks on products/features
• Provides feedback, support, and coaching to agile team (acts as scrum master).
• Leads delivery of scope, partners with delivery teams to ensure user stories are clear and resolves open issues/questions quickly and efficiently.
• Works closely with business units on the analysis of feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potential projects related to the digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a product owner (with technical background), scrum master, technical team lead in projects related to digital channel platforms implementation (mobile/internet banking, e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs etc)
• Solid knowledge of IT architectures and best practices in implementation of digital products (mobile/internet banking, e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs etc.)
• Solid knowledge of customer-driven design principles and UI/UX practices. Practical experience with UI/UX tools.
• Practical experience with BI tools and digital analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, Amplitude etc), understanding of core digital products KPIs
• Proficiency in setting clear priorities for product and understand business value impacts.
• Technical proficiency required to participate in sprint planning and have an informed, independent voice.
• Comfortable with making decisions with some level of uncertainty.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent Russian. English no less than Upper Intermediate.
