IT Sales & Distribution Business Analyst

Knowledge and Skills:

 2+ years of related experience in a Business Analyst role
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related field.
 Helping establish/streamline policies and procedures throughout the department, support best practices in sales & distribution forecasting, reporting, and communications.
 As the Business Analyst, responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and sales process optimization.
 Experience in One of ERP systems.
 Having business analysis experience in Sale Operations & data analysis, and Business Intelligence.
 Create Business analysis requirements documentation(as-is/to-be)
 Having business analysis experience & data analysis, and Business Intelligence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Sales and distribution (logistics) analysts typically work in the departments of companies to collect and analyze information and data and evaluate existing and potential products/services offered by the company, as well as specific target-markets and the company’s competitors.
 Sales and distribution (logistics) analysts must also research and evaluate current macro- and micro-economic conditions, industry trends, and customer growth that may impact the company’s sales.
 Conduct data analysis to provide support for strategic plans designed to increase revenue.
 Provide assistance to both sales and leadership through the use of data to support budget assumptions.
 Conduct analysis and provide reports to management in support of day to day business.
 Utilize IT data for business insights and determine technical solutions for any and all organizational needs
 Learn and maintain a deep understanding of product functionality from both user and system perspective.
 Work closely with Business Solutions Team Members to complete project related tasks as needed.
 Defines the detailed work flow for software with stakeholders,
 Listing technical requirements (system architecture, data structure, business rules, screen designs, use case, test scenario etc.) in appropriate document formats,
 Preparing Business Requirement Document in the standard format with a lean & clear language.
