Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in relevant field;
- At least 3 years of experience in in corporate low in consulting firm;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and advanced level of English, knowledge of Russian language is advantage;
- Experience in using MS Office and Windows software packages;
Main responsibilities:
- Prepare/review internal and clients contracts in accordance with the Civil Code and other legislations of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Drafting employment contracts for employees;
- Collect and prepares all necessary documents for the migration service for expat employees, apply to the appropriate authorities to obtain work permit and temporary residence;
- Email communication and advises to clients
- Registration of legal entities in Azerbaijan
- Performs other tasks assigned by management.
