Location: Baku, Azerbaijan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Profit Tax, Withholding Tax (WHT), and VAT returns.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end closing and accruals.
• Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow to support the company’s financial health.
• Lead budgeting processes and financial planning.
• Monitor and manage AP/AR tracking.
• Leverage ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) to ensure efficient financial processes.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance.
• Oversee fixed asset control and proper accounting.
• Maintain contract and document control for accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with profit tax, WHT, VAT returns, and financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Familiarity with contract/document control and budgeting.
• Understanding of supply chain operations.
• Experience in supporting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor accounting staff.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
