Job brief:

“Azerbaijan Automobiles” is looking for Marketing Coordinator to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy young man (woman), interested in auto sphere, creating content and launch promotional events – we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional have multitasking ability, written communication skills and have basic information about production of all type of print materials

Ultimately, you should have interest in car dealership business and auto blogging.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• Brief third party agencies, print and production houses
• Control quality of all promotional materials including OOH, indoor, digital, radio and other ads
• Coordination of marketing events including photo and video shootings
• Preparation of monthly analytical and competitors report
• Participation and development of promotion plans for cars in local market
• Organization of timely preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
• Ensuring control of compliance of advertising products with the requirements and standards of global brand
• Website administration
• Control and preparation of materials for posting on the Internet and SM channels
• Correspondence with SM agency and participation in preparation of monthly posting plans
• Participation in organization of events, presentations and venue management
• Coordination with global office to receive promotional materials for local adaptation
• Work with internal sales team to archive monthly and quarterly results

Requirements and skills:

• Digital intelligence (basic level in Meta ads, AdWords, Pixel, Tag Manager, Semrush, Google Analytics)
• Design Intelligence (experience in working with design and production houses)
• Experienced Microsoft Excel user
• Multitasking ability and attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work outside during photo and video shootings, presentations etc.
• Car enthusiast
• Two years working experience in marketing sphere (experience it auto sphere will be plus)
• Driving license will be a plus
• Fulfillment of tasks given by the management
• Work schedule: 6 days a week
