What You’ll Be Doing:

 Full Membership Lifecycle Management

• Lead the membership journey from start to finish – conducting in-depth due diligence, ensuring compliance, and keeping accurate records of traders and software users.

Member & Trader Support

• Provide exceptional support by assisting members and traders with their inquiries, renewals, and ensuring they receive maximum value from their membership benefits.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyze financial reports from member companies, providing insightful findings to ensure transparency and compliance with financial standards.

 Stakeholder Communication

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the board, ensuring seamless communication and engagement through various channels, while delivering clear, consistent messaging.

Feedback & Performance Reporting

• Gather feedback from members and traders to continually improve the experience and performance of membership services. Use data to assess and enhance strategies, and prepare insightful reports for senior management.

Compliance & Legal Oversight

• Ensure all member and trader activities comply with local laws and regulations, upholding the highest standards of legal and regulatory alignment.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in financial markets, trading regulations, and capital market instruments.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for coordinating effective messaging and building relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate, organized records.
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and using modern communication tools.
• Experience in membership management and stakeholder engagement within a financial or regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance in the financial markets.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is a plus).
