Office Administrator

• Assume receptionist duties, greet client, vendors, answer phone, route call and take message.
• Sorting and distribute incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
• Maintain front office area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms

Requirements:

– Female 
– Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree 
– Proven experience in office administration
– Hands-on experience with office equipment;
– Professional attitude and appearance;
– Required Qualifications: Fluent in Azerbaijani, good level in English and Russian 
– Good written and verbal communication skills 
– Good computer skills knowledge (including Word & Excel)  

Employment type:

5/7 day
Full-time (09:00 -18:00)
