- Provide leadership and guidance for Production Regions as they roll out the PSFs as part of their PSIP
- Work with the Solutions Operations team and integrate the PSFs with Operating Discipline efforts
- Establish and implement a plan for integrating the PSFs in Refining and other bp businesses.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives to improve PS performance, such as Process Safety Improvement Plans and analysis of process safety incidents.
- Provide coaching and mentoring PS practitioners throughout the business.
- Support investigations of major PS incidents as needed.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to collaborate and deliver as a member of a team
- Ability to influence others without formal authority
- Ability to develop pragmatic and compliant solutions to complex problems
- Ability to build enduring capability by coaching and mentoring.
